In order to connect back with humanity you have to leave the electronic world.
You won't find what you are seeking at the end of a mouse or in that thing you talk into all the time.
You won't find joy watching a screen for hours.

the answer to that.

Do you talk on your cell phone during meals
while you are with a live breathing person
that you ignore.

Has the cell gone off at inappropriate times?

Have you had some near misses while driving because of the cell phone, blackberry and hot coffee etc. in your hand?

Have you had a fight with a loved one because of all your gadgets and toys?
